Hi my name is Toni, and I want to tell you about Basketball Zones!

Wow it was so fun such a blast and I hope you stay tuned to find out what happens at the end.

So we started at school getting our uniform and in to our teams, then when we were ready, we drove off.

It was a long way there but we mange to get there.

to Auckland Basketball Arena.

It was so big, and so cool and so much people there too, Wow this is gonna be so much fun that I could already tell.

After 5 minutes my team and others were first.

At the court we tried to win but we had no luck we had to warm up and try harder next time.

We went to rest and a break for 10 minutes that was also the time we played basketball, 10 minutes.

10 minutes later we went back on and lost again sad but we had to go back to our seats we also had some yummy snacks from our lunch box.

we waited another 10 minutes again but before we went to a water fountain and was so cool.

there was a bottle thing you put down and the sensor would kick in and your water but the other part where you had to press the fountain the water came it was little long lots of people coming along but the water was good bathroom break we came back and played with a basketball together with my teammates.

On the match we went down we had to put on mouth guards for the round and it was annoying but we had to anyway.

Next we went on, finally it’s us (by the way some people were really good players.)

There were 7 rounds altogether so we lost 3 and won 4 it was really good.

It was so cool because I didn’t score any, but I did score 1 hoop with an assist and I got the last one on the the last match and last second.

(Also I was like SUUUUUUI)

I was so happy cause we won the last-round and we were all happy had a fun time together and I want to thank you for reading my adventure.

1. What events do I remember the most? I remember a lot but I wold have to say student fin day it was COVID we couldn’t have any family over.

2. Why do I think I remember it so clearly? It was real fun.

5. What subject have I made the best improvements in? All actually i’v improved on.

6. What subjects have I enjoyed the most?  Maybe  P.E why? cause im a sporty kid and it’s fun doing it as well as the activity and games we do.

7. What new friend ships have I made? I made a new friend, he joined late tho it’s a he and he’s year 6.

8. What responsibility or opportunity have I completed?  responsibility’s compost maybe Av room. opportunities I really don’t know.

9. What did I think about the responsibility or opportunity? I’m happy I did  the responsibility of both of it, it was fun and I enjoyed doing it. opportunities I dont know

10. What would I like to share about 2022? It was a good year and lot’s including me people enjoyed it.

Hello there

I’m gonna be talking about what I know about Parihaka well what were doing at our school so were all wearing white and we all made these head things where you put it on your head there will be a pictures of my head thing, oh yea I forgot to tell you why we did white it means     peace.

This is how I made it:          Things you need to make: Double sided tape, 2 trips paper, feathers a marker

Get the paper 2 strips you need the tape put on the end and get the other paper stripe and put it on the tape but also measure it on your head you can someone to help you. We drew patterns on it you can do anything you like on it. and then tape as many feathers as you like inside the paper also the paper should be in a circle shape like mine. After it should turn u like mine.

I just did a random pattern that came first in my mind its lines and triangles.

Also you can put your name on it well thats what we did.

You put it on you head like this That me.

Today I will tell you about what I know about the Black Ferns.

So lets get started first the Black Ferns are a group of girls in a rugby team.

Right now they’re in the quarter finals 1 and we believer they will win.

The next game is on Saturday the 29 October 16:30 2202.

Oh yea NZ won against Wales, Australia, and Scotland.

NZ  vs Wales again, And we had to write letters to the Black- Ferns.

Sylvia Brunt use to come to waikowhai primary when she was young.

The entrance

Hi there im gonna be telling you how cool the museum was.

I went with my class.And we went to it at Tuesday the 18th of October. It was a fun trip and we went on a bus. Oh my god this is so big and I mean really big. First when we stepped in side in was gigantic  and we saw at the start a skeleton of a T-Rex it was so cool.The guides gave us sort of a tour and first place we went was sort of a lounge and that was the eating room to. We put our bags in like a cage. There were people that were talking and you know a little bit boring yea there were 2 an their name were Tom and Jenna. Well we spliced in to groups and with 1 teacher each 1, 2 and 3  groups.

The pacific life way we had a scavenger hunt there, it was a little hard but we finished it and we  went to the next room it took some time finding all but we went. I think we went to a room that had some stuff. There were like there was a green and a purple one and when you sat on it, it would a little bit sink you I forgot the name but it was cool.

Other rooms

There is just so much to talk about so I will just do a few more rooms there was the weird and wonderful so cool.

Oh hi bloggers im going to be telling you about how cool the show case was at my school.

(if you’re asking what a showcase is, it ‘s when you show you work out to other people sort of like a party like an event.

what we been doing for our work things like panting, collages, models of disaster yes things like that.

oh we also did some math models of the school creating our own we  are learning about things like i’ll just say measuring. (math stuff)

we did some letters as in art also radio waves art it was fun but also messy.

We did bravery shape writing thing the shape was like a hammer head shark because they are brave and we write some brave times.

You know when you’re at school and you are finished your work and you got to present it to people yes I like doing that.

I feel confident sharing my work in front of people unless if its not that good but still.

There is a lot of work iv done and i don’t know which one i like the most.

I just forgot with the collages we based it on storms me and some of my friends we did a tornado.

By the way at the showcase was at my school waikowhai primary school. (this was a reminder of what school)

After it was time to go home it was really fun.

Kia Ora I’m going to tell you about muriwai beach it was crazy. It stared at school in the cars driving there i took a while but we could take it. After a while we were there we waited for 5 minutes and then we could eat something. The lifeguards took us on a tour, showed us where to put our bags, where to sit all of that. So than we were going to see their boat the IRB’s it was cool they needed 2 volunteers  a girl and I. We talked about the equipment they had in the boat. But we went to look at the jet ski it was so cool and expensive so we could only touch it, they also talked about safety, there was also a paddle too. Mean while later we were talking about rips and waves things  like that we got through it . Now were good, after we went for a run around stuff than got changed and went on the field and played fruit salad it was fun and I won a few rounds then went back and got some boggy boards and we went to the beach. Whoa there some really big waves and cool black sand. There was the life guard house the one where they watched people boggy board. I was so existed going in those big ruff waves we just played with the sand waiting but… We got to play in the water! It was so strong I was standing and i was moving wow! It also pushed me over, we played with the water with some  boggy board, we switched them over. It was so much fun. But it started to rain and hail so we went to the club house but it stopped and we were at the grass and there was  big big puddles that i rode with my boogie boards it was so fun finally we went to change and i was don’t then we did a really big thanks to our 2 lifeguards so we went to school. So that was the story about my first time at muriwai. I hoped you liked it.
